What Films Have Surprising Depth Upon Second Viewing?

I recently rewatched "The Prestige" and found so many layers I missed the first time. It got me thinking, what are some films that really reveal their depth or complexity upon a second viewing? I'm especially interested in ones that maybe misled me or felt different than I remembered. Any recommendations?

"The Prestige" is a fantastic choice; the way Nolan plays with narrative structure and misdirection is brilliant. However, I found some of his other films, like "Inception," nearly overwhelming on a second viewing, with so many layers that it sometimes detracts from the emotional impact for me.
