It's amazing, even when I know that my attempts at clarification of terms will be met with a wall and a new wave of incomprehensible and slightly offensive rantings, I still feel this drive to continue and try to reach an understanding. Because they're such... utterly... simple... things...
(In other news, Forrest Gump is old. Perhaps a good point of reference: if you can have a conversation of reasonable depth about the movie or show with someone who was not alive when it first came out, it's old.)
(We're almost at the point where people who were not alive when the Simpsons first came on the air will be working on The Simpsons. How's that for old?)
