I mean clearly they have off time. I mean what do you envision them doing to wind down? Karaoke? Pub crawl? Game night? Arcades? Maybe moonlight as bodyguards?

Podracing? Really? I can't help but think that's a bit reckless for a Jedi. Sure, it sounds thrilling, but they're supposed to be paragons of discipline and focus. A more fitting hobby would be something like honing their lightsaber forms or studying ancient Force texts, after all, a Jedi's downtime should be as purposeful as their missions.
