What are your most Embarrassing CDs?

Oh, my copy of Second Saturday's "Greetings From Mount Rockmore". They're pretty emo, I think, but I still listen to them. Also something I didn't pay for though.

I think I just may be able to top that... As an '80s aficionado, I have some pretty "embarrassing" CDs.

[HIDE]Duran Duran's "Greatest Hits"[/HIDE]

Stop laughing! I was into "A View to a Kill"!

Also, I get hell from people who notice I have anything by Michael Jackson. But...you can't be into the '80s and not acknowledge how cool he was then, you know?

But the one CD I'm horribly, terribly ashamed to have once possessed -- even though it was free -- Blink 182's "Enema of the State." :nono: :nono: :nono: It was a strange time, when horrible boy bands and Britney and her rip-offs ruled the radio, so one stupid band that was supposed to take the piss out of all that junk and offer a different, yet equally crappy sound seemed mildly tolerable. I hardly even listened to it before tossing it in the trash, though I still don't feel that was any redemption on my part.

Ok, he might have issues, be a pedo, molester, but you can't deny he was definitely talented in the 80's and compared to some of the 'talent' coming out now. And when he first came out...he brought a lot of new things to the music/dance scene then.

I don't think I own any embarrassing CD's ; I was too frugal to bother buying it unless I absolutely loved it and could not live without. (that hasn't changed much). However, I am at the least, wary and try to forget that I once listened to N'sync. Ok, you can start laughing now. :anime: Although I do have to say in my defense - all my suitmates were absolutely obsessed over them and you couldn't pass by at any hour with some Nsync blasting out of speakers. I even went to one of their concerts - kicking, screaming bloody murder and all, but I paid money that went in contribution to their profit. ::shudders::

The Spice Girls Debut CD.

I win.

I can remember being obsessed with Spice Girls back in the day. My parents gave me one of their books, and a 1998 (I think) calendar with pictures of the Spice Girls on it. Funny thing is, although I was obsessed with the Spice Girls at the time, I never brought any of their CDs!! How strange. Yet, now that I've grown out of the Spice Girls, I think I'll have to be a little bit greatful for that.

Thank goodness I never brought their PlayStation video game!! I heard it was a mess!!
