'Weeds' Actress Up For A Role In Marvel's 'Runaways' Movie?

[Sentinel King]

A long time has passed since we've heard official word on "Runaways," Marvel Studios' adaptation of Brian K. Vaughan's beloved comic book series, but that silence might be breaking in the form of a certain "Weeds" actress' potential involvement.

Uh, what do you think, guys?

[Mr. Underachiever]

"Runaways movie" is all I saw, and all I care about. :castlerock::castlerock::castlerock:

First I have to ask what damned character .... cause I can't tell from that pic! I can already see this movie bombing though I'll still continue to love the books

[shinkenblack]

I think she's going to play Gert.

[Skinwalker]

Wow.
Likely to suck but it'd be nice to see it take off the ground.
Her as Gert... Hard to tell without the purple hair. And she lost a lot of weight since she started on Weeds...

[Synch]

the ladly in the pic with the rather joker-ish smile ?..

[IXAPaladin77]

I wonder if they will call it "Runaways"? Since that damn female band movie is of the same title. ****, we got 2 movies called 9 and Nine.

[VengeanceGOD]

Runaways should be a TV show, not a movie. But if they have to make it a movie, I hope it doesn't suck.

Sounds interesting
