Heroes are forever
There seems to be many threads about this kind of stuff, so I'll figure out I'll make something about this.
I currently decided to watch all the Kamen Rider series in chronological order, something I'm sure some of you would have done before.
If I have a complete free day with nothing else to do, I watch like 10 episodes a day, for a normal day... it's usually 3 or 4.
I wanted to do this, because Kamen Rider is my favorite franchise, and there's really a lot of series I haven't watched, and while I have watched a good amount of episodes of some, I never actually watched them complete, either by not finishing them or skipping some episodes.
Now, I'm on an ambitious run, I have everything set to watch it at it's best:
I turn the lights off, if it's not night I extracover the windows to make the room look darker and give it a cinema feeling. Then I turn on the stereo, enable surround, connect it to the computer, and let magic happen. :buttrock:
This run includes all movies, even the episodes just adapted into one (I watch the movie instead of the episode, although I may watch it later, just without the whole stage set up). I even set the order for the movies, like for instance, placing Kamen Rider vs Shocker after Episode 52 and before Episode 53, I'm making this perfect.
I just finished watching the series I always wanted to watch: the first ever Kamen Rider. One word: badass, Takeshi and Hayato sure know how to kick ass (same with Kazuya).
Kamen Rider V3 is now THE NEXT series to watch (pun intended).
Even before Decade's first movie came out I was starting to do this run, but now it got a second purpose: to keep me busy watching the evolution of the franchise for an epic movie with all of the Riders coming together.
If I do this right, I calculate that by February or March I'll be done with it.
So for now I'm not watching Double anymore (by the time I get to it, it'll be over).
So... what do you think? Any advice? Will it be worth it? (you don't need to answer that, it will) Ever done something similar?
