DekaMaster is a master of vBulletin and he says for now, going to vB4 is not a good idea and that it's still full of bugs. The next patch on the other hand is solid and secure.

He's right. When Rangercrew upgraded, you was no longer able to search for posts from prior to the upgrade. That problem still hasn't been fixed. It wasn't the only problem. Wait for vB5.
