Unleashing the Tactical Potential of "Gloomhaven" in RPGs

Just finished a campaign in Gloomhaven, and the tactical depth in that game is truly inspiring. The way each character's abilities can synergize reminds me of crafting the perfect party composition in D&D, where every decision can alter the outcome of a battle. I love how it encourages players to think critically about positioning and teamwork. What strategies have you all found to be most effective in Gloomhaven, or have you adapted any mechanics from it into your other RPG sessions?
