How would I prove it to ebay though? I did eventually make a claim to get a refund back on it. Space_Ace refused to give me one and told me to take it up with ebay. After about 2.5 weeks ebay refunded my money. I sent UltrasevenX back to him so I could get my money back.

It's just that it's illegal anyway, so you can't really claim it as if you completely created it.

Why would ANY Fansubbing Group be cool with the stuff being sold by some dude even if he asked them?.
