Twist ending theory in once upon a time

You know that ABC series Once upon a time it is a fairy tale drama series “taking place in the fictional seaside town of Storybrooke, Maine whose residents are actually characters from various fairy tales transported to the "real world" town and robbed of their real memories by a powerful curse†well I think there will be a twist ending in that here’s how it goes
There will be a final season which will happen in the future the final big bad will appear and Emma and her friends will stop him to not only save storybrooke but also the real world and in the series finale they finally defeated the big bad there will be a ‘where are they now’ moment to most of the familiar characters and Emma will probably marry her love interest and lets her raise Henry like a real son and decided to stay in storybrooke after all and then it will be truly be a “happily ever after†for all the characters .
But there is a ‘Twist’ it all turns out that the whole story of Once upon a time is nothing more than a fictional tale in a note book by a young wannabe author who looks like Henry played by his actor Jared S. Gilmore as he finally completed his story because he started making this story when he was the same age as Henry when he debuted in the series premiere and now he finally ends it at the same current age as Henry in the series finale then his mother who looks like Emma played by her actor Ginnifer Goodwin calls him that dinner is ready and then the author went downstairs and it ends with us the viewers look at the wannabe authors notebook saying ‘Once upon a time’ that’s how the series Once upon a time or as i like to call it O.U.A.T ends.
The reason I thought of the twist ending is because since most characters are fairy tales and new ones might be based on Disney characters like Emma and cruella for example, I think that the whole series is nothing more than a fiction coming from a mind of wannabe author who is influenced by too much fairy tales and some ‘Disney ones’ almost similar like the St.elsewhere ending.

Well, they do link together a bunch of stories that have literally nothing to do with each other, other than the fact that either they were done by Disney or he once had the rights to them.

It's not a bad thought as long as it got set up well. Honestly, this show has a knack of turning an idea that seems extremely laughable at first into something legitimately entertaining- not to say your idea is, just that the writing staff is that good, so I imagine it would be set up well if they went that way with it. Of course, the way it's been going, I think the show is already beginning to wind down to a definitive end- probably next year.

That, and the way the writers' main gripe now seems to be the absolute good VS absolute evil & destiny VS free will thing, I doubt it would end the way you're thinking. Not because it's a bad idea, but because their minds are somewhere else & it may not fit the kind of story they themselves want to tell overall.

Kind of think of it as a How I Met Your Mother situation, I guess? If you wanted a definitive answer, that's pretty much all I've got & I don't mean to be a dick about anything you came up with, but I figure it'd probably end up somewhere along the lines of the characters breaking the lines of the fantasy world they came from, earning free will and Storybrooke becoming real in and of itself.

Given that, though, I could see how that could fit the mold if the idea was the kid who wrote the story was toying with that idea as he was growing up & maturing. Really, though, it's anyone's game right now. Watch it be something completely off the wall.:redface2:

Yeah that’s true about the Disney part you said also i think that the next season might be the ‘Last’ and the ending i predicted might happen however i think the big bad might be the mysterious author himself in the final season as the heroes would demand him to give them free will and earn their ‘happily ever after’ endings like they wanted which the author accepts their wish which will lead to the ending like i predicted especially the part with emma decided to stay in storybrooke after all and live happily ever after and the twist i predicted might happen as well with the whole once upon a time story turned out to be nothing more than a fiction made by a wannabe author who looks like Henry (not the final big bad one i come up with)
