Trying something a little different here...

Cyclonus was one of several Transformers introduced during the 1986 animated film; created to fill the void caused by the brutal deaths of many beloved characters. His unique appearance & trademark "Bunny-Ears" helmet quickly earned Cyclonus a place in the hearts of many fans.

Many years later, Cyclonus was granted a spot in Hasbro's 25th Anniversary commemorative line (affectionately dubbed the "Universe Classics" by fans), adding some much-needed muscle to the modern Decepticon lineup.

Cyclonus' Vehicle Mode is a futuristic (or, if you prefer- Cybertronian) Jet craft. Very good detailing and a perfect recreation of his original, right down to the pointy nosecone.

Robot Mode is where Cyclonus really shines. This is definitely one of my favorite Transformer designs in recent years- everything just works perfectly. He's very solid & stable; all the parts line up exactly the right way without effort; plus he can stand & pose with minimal effort. All great features.

Now take a closer look at Cyclonus' gun. You will see that it is actually-

Nightstick, the Targetmaster- Cyclonus' partner in crime!

Targetmasters were introduced in 1987; basically a sub-group of smaller Transformers that turned into weapons. Very creative of Hasbro to show off two past homages with one release.

By himself, Nightstick's pretty boring; not much to write about. His real attraction is his ability to combine with Cyclonus:

Or serve as a weapon in Robot Mode. Cyclonus can hold Nightstick like a traditional blaster (look up a bit for that image)

AND Nightstick can also attach directly to Cyclonus' arm and form another weapon/attack configuration!

No matter what weapon configuration you choose, Cyclonus & Nightstick are formidable opponents.

Cyclonus is a great toy and a fantastic addition to the Universe Decepticons. Highly recommended!
