I believe the Hard Gay came from the "FUU" action that the footsoldiers were doing.

Yep, I found it while browsing the 'net and I guess the HG reference came indeed from the footsoldier in the nude.

The Transformer is the US Binaltech (I think they call it Alternator over there) Optimus Prime, which as far as I know didn't come out in Japan.
