Training is the greatest high

How many of u guys workout and train?.

I know Bolt is one and myself but I gotta say it feels amazing once u did the workout and take a nice hot shower and have a smoke lol.

So who all here does cardio work out?.

Yeah I do, lately it's been taking its toll on me though.

4 weight training days a week (Monday- upper max, Tuesday- lower dynamic, Thursday- upper dynamic, Friday- lower max) and 2 heavy bag workouts (plus boxing drills), on Wednesday and Saturday, leave me with one day off a week, sometimes none if I take a Sunday for parkour, acrobatics, or stunt practice. If I could drop anything it would be the iron pumping, that stuff drains me so bad that I can barely recoup enough to be ready for the next day. With the Spring semester starting, I'm thinking about cutting it down to 3 weight days and 1 bag session a week. When I first started I felt great all the time but now I can just barely keep up.

I run my ass off on the treadmill i own and then do some classic TKD I know. I love it.

We need to train together sometime, although I'll admit when the p00n comes into play I wanna lick it and not work out.

I'm in awesome shape too! i love it. I remind myself of classic ECW Taz. :buttrock:

I'm not as hardworking as both of you but I definitely look forward to silat training with my university club twice a week. Since we're gearing up for a short friendly with other universities plus the varsity tournament in June, it's been serious training all the way. I might not look it, but I'm among the fittest in the club.

I definitely agree that the feeling after training is a great high. It's like you're ready to take on just about anything, that is until you reach home...

I hate running, I can't make myself do it. Over the summer me and a few friends went to the beach, a couple of them being football players training over the break, and we ran every day, it was miserable. I don't like doing a lot of extended cardio though, it compromises dynamic strength on lifts. I usually substitute heavy bag training, sprints, swimming (in the summer), and bar complexes on occasion.

I got my own home gym so I can go training whenever I feel like it.:buttrock:
Mostly I just lift weights 4 times a week. I never do any cardio since my metabolism is fast.
