Well, since the movie comes out next Friday, I figured I'd start a thread for everyone's thoughts on the movie...I'm personally looking forward to it...It has some potential, but it's not gonna be Marvel's greatest movie(nothing beat "The Trial of the Incredible Hulk!!! :shakefist )

As long as it's better than the GOD AWFUL 90's FF movie, I'll be happy!
Then again even previews of the movie is better than the 90's movie.

Ah yes, the Roger Corman Fantastic Four movie which featured nice costumes of the Thing and Dr. Doom, but horrible acting(C'mon, Jay-fucking-Underwood???)....Mr. Fantastic being made out of paper mache...lovely special effects(and to think I almost bought the fucking movie on VHS)...

LOL! One of the guys at work is selling the 90's FF movie for $5 bucks on DVD. I was wondering if I should spend the 300 pennies to see just how bad it was. :laugh:

My Dad's fave character is The Thing. Anyone like the 90s cartoon that was shown alongside X-Men and Spiderman? I sure did!

so I wasnt just dreaming it up! I remember renting a Tape down by a local Video Rental shop (the same shop is still there. I know I rented it around 1995 or at least past that.). I have no idea what movie I rented but I remember it had the Fantastic Four movie trailer on it and it looked kewl so I wanted to see it but I never saw it at the rental store or any other rental stores and I was like "ooook". (This was before I got sucked deeply into the internet and used it to find practically anything)

I should rent the movie somewhere or download it.
