The message you entered was too short...?

I've had this problem twice so far.

Where I go to edit my post, and instead it says "The message you have entered is too short, it must be at least three characters long".

It's not really a problem, just a minor annoyance. Anyone know anything about this?

That depends, was your post actually longer than three characters?

If it's "." that might not go through.

That often occurs when your BBCode does not exist (you know, the codes you use for URLs and such) so they may not recognise the message. Or alternatively the BBCode may not be correct. Check to make sure they are correct, and that there are no invalid ones.

happens to me when you quote somethin and ur cursor goes into the quote, that could be it.

Never happen to me. Though I've noticed for some reason could never use the quick reply function.

Indeed, you have a point there dude. However it depends the post recieved if longer than three characters. But it is not a problem throughly.
