It's called a bacon explosion. I make 1 or 2 of them every month. My own recipe has bacon strips, crumbled bacon, chicken fillets, jumbo hot dogs, spiced ham slices, mozzarella and gorgonzola.
Sometimes I make a side dish: chicken fried bacon with gravy.
