"Pork Pie" - Cockney rhyming slang for "Telling a Lie"

"Git" - English word for Stupid person

"Plonker" - Another English word for a stupid person, but not as harsh as "git" and more friendly and "poking fun at you" type thing.

"OI!!!!!" - English word for "Hey", but also used in Japan and means the same thing.
 
Yeah. Oi can also be used to grab someone's attention rather than hey. Example:

"OI YOU STUPID PLONKER!"

My word of the day is:

Yoink - Grabbing something that no-one suspects. Say someone sets down their beer, I walk past, grab it while saying "Yoink!" Basically stealing. XD

More cockney:

Apples and Pears - Stairs

Sixes and Sevens - Insane, Crazy

Lorry - Truck
 
Could you guys use these words in a sentence? Like... why would I refer to "stairs" as "apples and pears?"

And what's cockney?

Mad-adj. for "a lot" used for anything
bammer- definition depends
thoughed- i.e. "you thoughed off" usu. means crazy or unsual.
ill- means "good" or "tight"

Cockneys are English people who live in London (rather like Geordies are English people who live in Newcastle)

Here's a bit of Geordie slang for ya:

"WAI AI MAN!!!!" - basically a Geordie way of saying hello!!

For some strange reason, "Apples and Pears" kinda makes me think of Breasts!!! :laugh:

I wanna know how the smack someone can used "Pork Pie" and "Apples & Pears" in a sentence. Hook us up, mate!
