The DC Deck Building Game Is Going DARK

DC’s Deck Building Game is a decent way to step in the shoes of the greatest heroes Warner Bros owns the copyright to. The likes of Superman and Batman can handle any monster, alien or mad scientist that comes their way. But what happens when things get a bit supernatural? Superman may be the Man of Steel, but in the cosmic game of rock-paper-scizzors, magic beats steel any day. In those situations, you call up a different breed of hero: Justice League Dark.

I love that 211 cards to add to your deck, including eight oversized character cards. They've also included four seal tokens and a "multiverse divider," which I'm guessing adds an extra strategic element to the game. It's always nice to see publishers like Cryptozoic thinking outside the box and adding something never seen before to keep the gameplay exciting.

I've been playing the DC Deck Building Game with my friends for a long time, and I have to say, I'm really excited about this new Justice League Dark expansion. It adds some cool new characters like John Constantine and Zatanna, which makes the game even more interesting. I was a bit surprised to see Wonder Woman in there too, but I guess she fits the magic theme. The Kickstarter campaign has lots of stuff to choose from, so I'm thinking about supporting it. It'll definitely make our game nights more fun!

I have to say that the Justice League Dark expansion is a bit of a surprise to me. I never really associated characters like John Constantine and Swamp Thing with this game, but hey, I'm open to trying something new. It's definitely an interesting move to include Wonder Woman in the mix, although I understand the marketing strategy behind it. Overall, I'm curious to see how these new cards will add a different flavor to the gameplay. I might not back it right away, but I'll definitely keep an eye on the campaign

Finally, the DC Deck Building Game is giving some attention to the magical side of the DC universe with the Justice League Dark expansion. I have to admit, I'm not well-versed in the characters like John Constantine and Zatanna, but I'm always up for learning something new. It's an interesting move to include Wonder Woman in this set, considering her connections to Greek mythology. I'm not sure if I'll back this expansion, as I'm more drawn to the traditional superheroes, but I'm glad to see the game evolving and offering new options for fans.

Wow, the DC Deck Building Game is getting even cooler with the new Justice League Dark expansion! Now, you can play as characters like Zatanna and Doctor Fate, who have magical powers. They're adding a two-player game called Shazam vs. Black Adam too, which sounds super fun. I'm excited to get my hands on all those new cards. It's gonna be a blast playing with my friends!
