I was only interested if the Core Switch was functional (as in electronically functional), but I still have no idea if it is or not. As for the rack itself, I really need a place to put my switches (I'm currently using the carton from my Fourze Driver for all my switches and sitting all the DX weapons on top - it's a damn mess and I don't recommend it), but it sits up far too high for my liking. The angle is terrible. If it was flat, or maybe very slightly angled, I think it would fair much better.
As for not finding them, well, I know the pre-orders came and went. They were up for a while, and in the end, I just decided not to bother because of the stupid price. I would also say the demand was probably pretty low. Anyone in their right mind would find something better (and far cheaper) to hold their switches. The Core Switch was the only incentive, and if it does nothing (apart from move - if it even does that), then it wasn't worth it, in my opinion.
By the way, it DID only come out at the end of last month (supposedly - that was the estimated shipping date), so they may still be on there way to people. Also, I just saw a video on YouTube that clearly shows a giant version of the astro switch rack in the actual show, somewhere in their little lab bit in the Rabbit Hutch. It still doesn't look any better, though.
