Superman, A first look to David Corenswet's debut

No offense, but this already looks better than the Henry Cavill version. That take always felt like it was trying way too hard to be serious and “deep,” which just made Superman feel so joyless. Gunn’s approach seems more balanced—like it understands Superman can be hopeful without being cheesy. Plus, Corenswet just has that classic Clark Kent charm we’ve been missing.

Sincerely, I'm looking forward to watching James Gunn's Superman adaptation. I believe he would be a fantastic pick to reboot the DCU since he has demonstrated that he can balance humor and poignant storytelling. I think David Corenswet will give the character the charm and hope it requires because he has that iconic Superman appearance. The stakes are enormous, to be sure, but Superman has always been that way. The movie will connect with viewers if it stays true to the qualities that make the figure famous—hope, justice, and inspiration. I hope it succeeds and puts the DC Universe back on course.

I’m not a hardcore Superman fan, but I’m looking forward to this reboot. David Corenswet seems like a good fit for the role, and I think James Gunn is the right person to inject some life into the character. The stakes may be high, but that’s what makes it exciting! I’ll definitely be in theaters on July 11 to see if Gunn can pull it off. Here’s hoping for a fresh start for DC.

I grew up loving Superman, so I want this movie to succeed. It’s been a while since we’ve had a version of Clark Kent that truly captured his essence. Gunn has a unique voice, and I think he understands the heart of these characters. I’m trying to stay hopeful that this will be the movie that brings Superman back into cultural relevance. If they pull it off, it could be something special.

I am starting to get annoyed of the Snyderfans and Cavill fans bullying David Corenswet because of a 3 second clip
