Ah, I see. You do know he's not just some guy, right? He's a SF tournament champion. If anyone knows about balancing the game better, it's a guy like that.

Also, yes it is the same game. That's the point. It also comes with the original SSF2T. And yes, you can play online. That is also a main point of the game.

They changed some of the motions like for Cammy's Hooligan roll combinations.

And they nerfed Balrog so he isn't godly anymore.

Most of the complaints I've seen are about the animation looking a little jerky.
