Yes.

And remember, Static was under mind control, so I'm gonna assume he wasn't going at full capacity when he was fighting Rose. And she's usually a tougher customer.
 
Can't wait to see him part of a team.

To Fayt: The show is only lackluster throughout the first season. Season 2 is when everything picks up.
