Star Trek... Manga!

I'm surprised no one else has posted about it but as I was looking for some sheet music (to buy), I came across (on Sakura Media), "STAR TREK: THE MANGA GN". So I went looking for it on Amazon Japan and sure enough found it there as well.

Man, Kirk doesn't look that hot.

I don't know if this is a good idea. Sure, they have good plot and Sulu (though his family name isn't Japanese.). Yet, I'm not sure if there's really an audience for Star Trek.

But at least he looks like a MAN in this manga!!! Something they got right! I just can't picture a scrawny, mirror-eyed bishounen Kirk.

^ Exactly, I've ordered it off Amazon. Also there's an article about it in the new Star Trek Magazine (put out by Titan).
