If you don’t know the name Tony Schiavone, you’ve probably heard his voice: he’s been the announcer for the WCW, the WWE and now AEW (All Elite Wrestling). Soon, you’ll be able to read all about the man’s life once Source Point Press publishes “BUTTS IN SEATS,” a biographical comic.
The graphic novel, ten chapters in length, will feature the work of various artists including DJ Coffman (SECRET FORCES), Sally Scott (NIGHTMARE WORLD), John Marroquin (NIGHTMARE WORLD), Les Garner (APOCALYPSE GIRL), Jan Apple (BURIED BUT NOT DEAD), Colm Griffin (OCEAN CITY), Scott James (JUICEMAN), Josh Ross (TALES OF MR. RHEE), Austin McKinley (TALES OF MR. RHEE), and Len O’Grady (NIGHTMARE WORLD). Sean Burres (LOVE STORIES (TO DIE FOR)) is providing the colors, the cover will be whipped up by Marianna Pescosta (HAUNTED HIGH-ONS), and Drena Jo (BROKEN GARGOYLES) will be editing, with Schiavone himself overseeing the whole project.
