Verde, Femme and Ryuga are the 'special' and 'movie' characters. In the series, their respective places were taken by Alternative, Alternative Zero and Goro.
As for Odin, I don't know much about him... but in relation to the series, apparently. he was nothing more than Shiro Kanzaki's puppet.

Yeah thought so man. Femme and Verde were like Scissor's really, believed in the Rider's fighting against each other. Ouja was just a fucking psycho who loved to destroy, Taiga was mental, Zero wanted power, Raia fought the monsters and Gai fought the Riders. Any Rider who fights other Riders IMHO is a NOB.

Femme as well, I'd say she's very different from Scissors & Verde. See the Movie, the TV Special appearance doesn't do her character justice.
Verde, he was just a plain evil bastard with no redeemable qualities, which is why he's my favorite evil Rider. :eplus2:
