Considering they're doing the Civil War, songbird is a good choice. there was a thunderbolts team she led, with bullseye on it. I recall that Bullseye got simultaneously owned by the American Eagle and the neuro implants Osbourne put in him.
I also recall that Nova, upon return from the Annihilation Event, owned all of the thunderbolts.

I just wish they would have picked a better storyline to base MUA2 off, besides Captain America being killed, it was a hap hazard storyline that made Tony Stark from a general grey area character into a full blown villain and completely ruined his character, only made worse by the insanity of World War Hulk and Secret Invasion.
But it gave us H.A.M.M.E.R led by Norman Osborne, so it evens out. Hopefully they'll add in Moon Knight(He was a beast in MUA), Radioactive Man and Taskmaster, can never have enough Taskmaster.
