To get the figure one needs to cut out the barcodes from 4 different series one figures and mail them in with the form included with the figures. It's completely free, DST even pays the shipping. It only took a couple weeks to get the figure too.
The only really dissapointing thing about the figure though is he doesn't come with the serpent helmet. But it's still a good addition to the Jaffa army.
