SNK: Samurai Spirits & Garou.... Will There Be More?

So, my friend's all like....

Samurai Shodown V gets released for Xbox next week. I've never played it, but I used to love the series, is it any good? Which in the series does it play most like? My order of preference for the series is this; SS2, SS4, SS1, SS3.
I also heard that the new characters in it were designed by the guy who created Rurouni Kenshin. Cool.

Now I just wish they'd get around to making Last Blade 3. Supposedly that and Garou: Mark of the Wolves 2 were upwards of 60% complete when the old SNK went kaput. Apparently when SNK-Playmore rose from the ashes they no longer cared.

So far...Garou is now only part of the KoF Canon as "Mark of the Wolves" characters are appearing in King of Fighters now.

As for Samurai Showdown, the 6th incarnation is already out on PS2 in Japan and most likely will be out in the US first quarter of this year.
