I saw this movie the other day! Watched it before I even finished watching Basilisk. Which was ok because the movie played out a bit different;y than the anime and ended a lot differently. I loved the movie though. Great action and great ending.

I saw the movie 2005 in Japan in a cinema
I like the movie very much, the visuals and the sound are very impressive and Yukie Nakama is beautiful as always ^^

Shinobi: Heart Under Blade is a live-action movie adaption of the manga & anime Basilisk. It stars the beautiful Yukie Nakama from dramas like Gokusen and Trick ^^
It does play out differently to the original story but it was still good enough for me to watch with my gf
