Sequel Announced For It Follows

<p>Just when you thought it was safe to go back to….well, anywhere, one of last decade’s most terrifying monsters has returned. Distributor Neon has announced a sequel to It Follows is now in development, with plans to start shooting sometime next year.</p>

I enjoyed It Follows, but sequels can be tricky. Hope They Follow doesn't dilute the original's impact. The whole concept of the monster was unique, but more of them? Let's see if it lives up to the first one.

Ugh, really? Sequels are so hit or miss. It Follows was good on its own; I don't want it ruined with a mediocre follow-up. Hollywood should come up with fresh ideas instead of recycling successful ones.

Okay, I'm intrigued. They Follow sounds interesting with the multiple monsters angle. Wonder how they'll expand the lore. Hoping for some unexpected twists and not just a rehash of the original. Count me cautiously optimistic.
