I think his appearance on this game will be more well received than Noctis in Tekken because no one is playing Noctis in Tekken. On the other hand I can see a lot of people playing as Sephiroth. Cloud is already on the game so that is an additional factor to make more people want to play him. Sephiroth stabbing Mario is one of the coolest scene ever. He really looks intimidating on this trailer. I hope to see more Final Fantasy characters on this game.
Mario got lucky because he is not stabbed for real. Out of the characters in the trailer, aside from Cloud, Bayonetta is the only one who can beat him for real.
This piece of sexiness is going to be his alternate costume and he will also have it as an action figure.
I will definitely main shirtless Sephiroth. Ryu, Ken and Terry Bogard are pretty boys but they are nothing like Sephiroth who is perfection. Yeah he have mommy issues but his beauty is beyond human. Not even a woman can be prettier than him.
He will end up as a top tier character here because of all the hype Nintendo gave him. Noctis is kinda low tier character in Tekken 7. He is supposed to be Godlike but he can barely beat Negan from the Walking dead.
His move set in Dissidia is much more better but he still looks cool and intimidating. I wish Cloud will have the dress as a costume on this game.
That will be hilarious. I have a feeling Sephiroth will be more popular than Cloud on this game because he is not playable in Final Fantasy VII because he is a villain.
