The games MUST have you play as the red plumber. Since Mario is Missing doesn't, that's why it's off the list.

What's this about Doki Doki Panic?? I've never heard about this in relation to Mario 2. I mean, I heard that Mario 2 in the US was not the same as Mario 2 in Japan but... Did they just suggest that they took a game from Japan called doki doki panic and turned it into a mario game? Cause, I'm real confused. These guys arent even explaining the damn games, they're just bitching and leaving me more confused.

yes. Doki Doki panic was altered to become Mario 2 in the US. You can see a video of the original Doki Doki game here Mario 2 in Japan was what we got as "The lost levels". the US Mario 2 that was the converted doki doki panic was released in japan later as "Super Mario bros 2 USA"

Hm, I'm actually glad it was turned into mario. Doesnt look quite as interesting in it's original form. But then I'm probably biased.
