Depends on if the seller/store is willing to combine shipping. Some will do it, some won't. You have to contact them and ask in order to know for sure.

I think the answer will be very similar to that of another question you asked before. It's up to the buyer and seller. First, see if the seller will discount shipping. I know some will and I know a lot won't when it's coming from another country. And it's also depends on the buyer and if he/she has the money to put fourth.
