The original PreCure is streaming on Crunchyroll, at least.

To me, the wording implies that, while it might be based on the ideas from [insert PreCure series here, I'm too lazy to scroll up], it's a wholly new animated production.

There will be nothing wholly new about it. Saban doesn't do that anymore. This will be a dub of some precure series that aired already.
