He was but I believe it has been canned. Not sure exactly. So JDF had to go to MMPR Production for Power Rangers series as Tommy Oliver. I guess it could be Saban's decision for JDF. I dunno.

Yes, infact Jason David Frank appeared in the pilot episode of VR Troopers, which was called "Cybertron", and played the then named "Adam Steele". This I think was after when Jason left Power Rangers when Tommy lost his Green Ranger powers to the Green Candle.

Cybertron I think was more based on Metalder, so I don't know whether it borrowed Spielban footage or not. This pilot episode has yet to make it downloadable on the internet.

Then later it was demanded the Jason came back to the Power Rangers taking back his role as Tommy. Afterwards, Brad Hawkins took over Jason's role of Adam Steele, who was later renamed "Ryan Steele", and along came Sarah Brown and Michael Bacon, and some Spielban footage, thus Cybertron bacame "VR Troopers", and the rest was history.

Hmm, if Jason Dvid Frank kept his role as Adam Steele, and Cybertron made it to TV as simply "Cybertron", then who knows, maybe Jason wouldn't have taken any other Ranger forms, not even become the Black Ranger in Dino Thunder. Would've Brad Hawkins become the White Ranger? Could Kimberly have a new boyfriend? :anime: What about Sarah Brown and Michael Bacon? Where would they go?

Oh, as for the interview I linked to, I think this guy was saying something about a FULL cast change for Power Rangers Zeo, meaning not only would there be Brad Hawkins for Zeo Ranger 5 but completely everybody else of every other Ranger.
