Another good thing about Prince of Thieves was the background music. It really got you into the action.

I love that score. Own it, actually. Michael Kamen is awesome.

My high school's marching band did it for a field show one year, and it was seriously one of the best things ever. Too bad I was too young to be in it, that year. :disappoin My sisters were in it, though.

I can see both of those getting canned very easily. In fact, if they don't get the axe then there is no justice in the world.

Btw, have you seen the Ridley Scott version yet?

I was gonna wait, but I broke down, since I a diehard Robin Hood fan, so I couldn't resist any longer to see it. I liked it, but it was nothing great. Crowe's Robin was pure **** & it was definitely my biggest beef with the film. There were a few action scenes I liked, but meh to the others. Some of the performaces in the film I did enjoyed, Cate Blanchett really delivered as Maid Marian, Mark Strong was awesome as Godfrey, & I'm not familair with Oscar Isaac, but he impressed me with his portrayal of King John(I really got to checked out more of his work, since I'm a fan of him now. :thumbs. More importantly, I don't mind certain myths going in a different direction, but the story here was kinda wacked & I thought some of it was boring. Not the best from Ripley Scott, but I think the dude needs to take an easy with his filmmaking. 7.5/10
