Review: Trans Armour Kamen Rider Figures

yes to both of the last two questions.

I have rider one from the Figuarts with v3 on the way -- Rider 1 is amazing, he is easily one of the best figures I own.

I also have Glaive, and all of his pieces fit snug and soundly. My Shadowmoon suffers from a loose belt buckle though -- I just super glued it into place.

^That seemed to be a common problem with Shadow Moon.

FiguArts are great, I absolutely don't care about the fact that they're mostly plastic because truth be told I like these kinds of figures for the poseability and the accessories, but I never much cared about the metal armor thing. It makes sense if you're going to need to change the armor, like with Kuuga & Agito or the cast-off Kabuto Riders or Zeronos even, but... Riders with just one unchanging form, and especially less-armored older-style Riders, they should just concentrate on making damn good figures and not worry about removable armor which we wouldn't ever need to remove anyway. Alternate unmasked heads (ala BLACK) would be nice though.

The next FiguArts (after Rider 2) are supposedly going to be the Hoppers and Deneb. I'll be interested to see how they do them.

oh wow, I didn't know Deneb was the third one. That should be awesome!

Oh and I agree Iga, I think they need to go back and redo classic riders. What I wouldn't give to have Riderman and Amazon figuarts style! Even Hibiki character would be cool.

--Also agree on the head thing -- especially with the movie riders since they are helmet-less relatively often.

holy cow deneb's gonna be in figuarts, sweeet finally I can do the whole deneb come thing without swirling around with the cape pads XD I almost forgot about that line, but after buyign zero form and rod form and a statue I may have to wait I_I
