I doubt that's Sky. Sky was probably still a kid when his father died. Also, Sky's father looks beat up in the picture. As if he just got attacked bad. Murloc (the monsters name. though I could be wrong) was the one who destroyed Sky's father. Though in the beginning of the Promo, it seems as if Sky didnt know what monster destroyed his father or that the monster was still around even.

So I would assume Sky was still a kid when his father bit it.
