Recently Got into Kamen Rider...

Kamen Rider Kabuto if you want the next most recent, with great designs and a moderately good plot, probably the most like the ones you've seen out of recent rider series...
Kamen Rider 555 if you want something more serious with good characterisation,
Kamen Rider Blade if you want some heavy drama.

Than Kamen Rider BLACK is a great start. Century Kings(the site has been quiet though)is currently subbing this and I believe a couple of episodes are on Veoh.

Out of the shows I've watched all of the way through, I'd have to recommend from the Heisei era:
Faiz (Serious & dark, with a mostly interesting plot (in the last few episodes it goes awry.)
Blade (The plot was all over the place, only really starting to get good from about 12-15 episodes in. But has a very satisfying ending and some great drama.)
Highly recommended: Hibiki, a very untypical series however, with a much higher emphasis on the character drama elements, rather than the Toku ones. The series is also missing many established Rider elements etc. But it's damn near amazing all of the way through, even so after the writer change half way through, which messes things up.
Avoid Kabuto, it's garbage.
From the Shōwa era:
Kamen Rider Black (Great start, though a lacklustre & repetitive middle run of eps until Shadow Moon appears, but then it gets pretty damn amazing!)
Others I haven't seen all of the way through but can recommend:
Amazon (Probably the most raw & violent Rider of them all.)
Stronger (A very good epic ending to a decent series.)

for old series, I think u can started with Black or Black RX. A Very Nice overall season. Or u can even try Kamen Rider 1 & 2 just for ur "studies" :thumbs:
for new era series..hmmm.

I would honestly work your way back. Faiz really is a good place to start; Agito and Hibiki are also pretty amazing shows. I don't get all this talk about Blade being heavy drama...the acting was terrible and the characters seemed really forced, though the show was still fun. Look around at some clips and see whether any of the Heisei shows fit you. And then you can work back...like Black or Stronger, which are my favorite older shows.

I don't understand the love for this. Some deviation from the standard formula is fine with me, but I've tried and just couldn't get into Hibiki. Only ever made it through the first couple of episodes, and the only thing I liked was the theme and the designs- otherwise it was all just very mundane and the kid and the singing were very annoying. Just feel as though if it's not good in the first few episodes why should I believe it's worth continuing? It's like people who say "Naruto gets awesome after episode 105" or "<insert tokusatsu series> gets awesome after episode 10/20/29/43!!!"......
