Tech, anyday. Or a combination of both. Was Black tech or magic?

I would say most of the older Riders were tech, but Amazon & Black are kind of like combinations- both are reconstructed humans, but with an added twist. Amazon had the whole magical Incan shamanism stuff going on, and Black has his Kingstone and "this-was-all-fated-to-happen" thing.
