The screaming promo is from No Pink Spandex. Lisa's a friend and she's kind enough to link interviews like this one on her site, so I drop her promo in every now and then. I checked the mix on my end just now and it's not too loud. The promo is actually *making fun* of screaming promos. But in any case, if you have a problem with her promo, certainly let her know. You're the first to say something about it.

One of the only good parts of JF! Im going to listen to your podcast since im a regular listener but every once in a while you diss HJU. You want us from HJU to listen to you guys but you dont give this board respect. So stop dissing HJU!
