Here's the Cliff's Notes version: What seems like a guy who just wants to shovel or something turns into him slamming the back door multiple times, getting a friend with him who manages to break down the back/side door to the house. I seal myself up in my room with only my wits and my Dad on the line scrambling to call the police.

My Dad had to hang up but ended up calling a second time and after picking it up on the first ring, they freak and leave the house, only taking my Mom's laptop even though the Wii and various other hot items were in clear view.
