It is with great regret that we announce that Lane Smith, who played Perry White on "Lois & Clark" has passed away.
Smith had suffered from ALS in his later years.

I can't believe that he is gone!! He was my second Perry White on "Lois & Clark" on TV long time ago. He was one of the best actor ever!!

R.I.P. Mr. White (Lois and Clark) and Walter (Son In Law).

(I found out at Rangerboard. So thanks to the member)

Wow... This sucks. I liked him as Perry but I could've done without all the Elvis references. R.I.P.
