I find myself often refering to Toku characters with the suffix attacked, because that's how I hear the name said most often. My brain is more used to hearing, and therefore saying, "Tachibana-san" or "Kensaki-kun", then just their names. I try not to do it though, because I don't really know Tachibana and Kensaki. 'Cause they're fictional.
