PS3 Weekend 10/16-10/18 Justice Among Thieves

A few people expressed interest in having an Uncharted 2 get together this weekend. I remember at least 3 or 4 including myself. I'm free from after 6pm PST on Friday, for the rest of the weekend, if I know in advance what time's good for everyone, I'll set it aside.

Depending on how many people we get I imagine we'll do anything from the three player co-op campaigns to the 5-10 player competitive matches. Basically, just have fun with what has turned out to be an even better game than I expected, and i expected a damn lot from this game honestly.

So what's a good time to set aside this weekend? We'll work something out, then it's time to grab our mics, load our guns, and get their gold.

I would be definitely in for some multiplayer. If we do a co-op play through, I probably can't join in because a couple of friends already want to do that with me and I don't want to have already played the story.

There's non campaign co-op as well, sort of like a survival mode meets capture the flag against waves of enemies. From waht I've palyed of the co-op 'campaigns' theres really no story outside of

'the treasure is here'
'lets go there'
'ok'
[go there, solve platform puzzle, kill things]
'here it is'
'yay!!'

I love Uncharted so far, let's do it!!

Like I said in the other thread, Im in for some multiplayer action. I dont have the game yet though. I plan to have it by Friday, so I guess Saturday is good for me. Probably anytime before around 7-8PM for me. most likely around 12PM or after. I know thats confusing but Im just throwing that out there.

timezones make it easier to plan

Im on the east coast so I guess between 11AM EST to around 7 PM EST. Somthing like that. doesnt have to be that time though. Lets hear more people first.

Just got Uncharted 2 today and played through the first hour of it. Damn that game is good.

Glad you like it. I was definitely impressed. It's a good step up from the first game. now I need to play through it in hard, and then crushing mode, which shouldn't be as bad as it was in the first game since I can cower behind things and let me partner eventually do all the work.. if I feel like waiting 5 hours through each gunfight.
