Villain Profile: SHOCKER
The global terrorist faction SHOCKER was founded through a joint cooperation between the surviving generals of the Axis Powers combined with some godfathers of the world's most ruthless criminal and extremist factions as revenge for the former party's loss in the Second World War.
Founder: Kyoshiro Kadoya, the grandfather of Tsukasa Kadoya, born in 1910. Worked for a Yakuza gang at the same time serving in the Imperial Japanese Army during World War II. When he found out that his oyabun was among the Hiroshima bombing casualties, he formed the Hagewashi-kai (ハゲワシ会, Vulture Faction) in 1946 together with the surviving members of the old gang. They became extremely loyal to Kyoshiro, as he was one of his oyabun's best footsoldiers. He proposed an alliance with surviving Axis war criminals (including the infamous German scientist Joseph Mengele and the ODESSA network founder Otto Skorzeny) to build an "uprising of vengeance" and "bastion of mysterious but revolutionary technology" to fight against the victors of the previous war.
Date founded: June 24, 1948, the first day of the Berlin Blockade. (based on information from a captured Shocker Footsoldier.)
Place of establishment: Somewhere in the Andes Mountains (information from same source above)
Current headquarters: CLASSIFIED (no info yet)
Acronym stands for: Sacred Hegemony Overseeing Cycle Kindred Evolutional Realm
Logo: A stylized vulture with wings outspread and an "S" (in the style of the Schutzstaffel insignia) in the center, referring to Kyoshiro Kadoya, the oyabun of the Vulture Faction at the time of establishment.
Strength: 2,000 (1948), 35,000 (1971), 128,000 (2011, including Shocker Footsoldier Ver.8 battle androids and counting the various incarnations of SHOCKER)
Kyoshiro is the first Great Leader of SHOCKER. His bizarre "forms" shown in the Showa Kamen Rider television series were all his machinations; he is actually "speaking" to them from an extremely remote distance in the Andes Mountains using an experimental wireless connection that became the forerunner of the mobile phone.

The very first chapter of "Decade Cross Decade" will be exactly released on the 40th anniversary of the Kamen Rider series.
Includes characters and (alternate) continuities from many works of fiction, including the 2009 Darna TV series, NCIS, Tensou Sentai Goseiger, the Southern Victory series of Novels, May Bukas Pa, and the Macross series.

VILLAIN PROFILE: Leech Woman (Babaeng Linta/ヒル女, Hiru Onna) / Leech Fangire (リーチファンガイア, Riichi Fangaia) / Hiru-FANG of the Backhoe (バックホーのヒルファング, Bakkuho no Hirufangu)

History
The woman who would become the Leech Woman was originally Octavia Moran, born on June 22, 1916 in Manila. Having been graduated from the University of the Philippines-Diliman with a degree in Political Science, Octavia signed up as an actress for Parlatone Hispano-Filipino in 1937. Four years later, while shooting for an action film in Candaba, Pampanga, Octavia was "dispatched" by the crewmen over an argument with the film's screenplay. To avoid being charged with murder, the crewmen threw her in the Candaba swamp, which was infested with leeches. The muck dissolved with her bloodstream, allowing the leeches to augment her physique. She was fully revived by the time Typhoone Barbara struck the Philippines in 1946, and then slept for many years until a cabal of SHOCKER scientists were flown to the very place she was maimed in 1970.
Octavia, now as the Leech Woman, had sought revenge on the very people who ruined her life. Having thanked the scientists that awakened her, she joined SHOCKER as a maiden of disguise and torture. For two years, she remained in Japan to plan for the complete extermination of the families of the four crewmen. By February 13, 1972, she swam all the way from the Sea of Japan to the Manila Bay. Having identified the crewmen's entire families prior, Octavia sighted the granddaughter of one of them who happens to be a Pharmacy student of Centro Escolar University. The young woman was on a date with her classmate boyfriend in Luneta when they were attacked by the Leech Woman. They were drained of their blood; many passengers, escaping with their lives, were horrified that the creature can send up to 4 of her "suckers" protruding from her arms. The Philippine Constabulary-Metropolitan Command was alarmed with such a bizarre murder that they sent one unit to dispatch the beastly fatale. The entire unit was wiped out with the suckers, and it is at this point that the populace called for Darna.
Takeshi Hongo, the first Kamen Rider, happens to be spending Valentine's Day also in the Baywalk. He is called into action and quickly incapacitates the Leech Woman with a Rider Punch to the stomach, assisted by the original Darna. (This took place between episodes 46 and 47 of the original Kamen Rider series.) The weakened creature fell into the Manila Bay, laying dormant for 37 years along with three of Darna's rogues' gallery until Danilo Morgan, a top scientist of DaiSHOCKER, retrieved the corpses.
The Leech Woman hates Tsukasa Kadoya for his refusal to join DaiSHOCKER and inherit the secret legacy of his grandfather. When in San Martin, she kills a supermodel/actress named Lutgarda Morales in a forest and then assumes her identity. There she was defeated by the second Darna and dumped into the Angat River, escaping once again to Yaku Island, blending in with the Makamou. Now as an executioner for DaiSHOCKER, the Leech Woman punishes the Spider Fangire (for failing to destroy Decade and his allies) by absorbing his essence into her body, acquiring his invisibility power and gaining a new form. (This took place before the events of Kamen Rider Decade: All Riders vs. Dai-Shocker.)
The Leech Woman returned again to San Martin sometime in 2011. She was defeated by Kamen Rider Decade (Tsukasa Kadoya), with some assistance from Criselda Sta. Maria of the Philippine National Police, who uses a mass-produced version of the IXA System (Intercept X Attacker Version 10A) without the Rising IXA upgrade.
UltimaSHOCKER, the true form of the SHOCKER, GelSHOCKER, and DaiSHOCKER factions (although SuperSHOCKER was a splinter faction founded by Eijiro Hikari as Doctor Shinigami/IkaDevil and Narutaki as Colonel Zol/Golden Wolfman) and the derivative groups opposing the Kamen Riders for generations, traveled to the World of Goseiger and Shinkenger to make an alliance treaty with the Machine Onslaught Empire Matrintis to assist them in defeating the Kamen Riders, the Goseigers, and the Wonderful Blue Sky Organization. UltimaSHOCKER has retrieved the incapacitated body of the Leech Woman to Matrintis so that the latter faction, through the battle-maid Metal-Alice of the Agent, will upgrade her as Hiru-FANG of the Backhoe.

So in your fanfic all the Riders take place in one world?

Nope. They are distributed throughout as many worlds as the plot needs. For instance, there is one scene in which the Leech Woman pursues Decade to the World of Goseiger/Shinkenger and is defeated by the hero, only to be revived by the Matrintis as a cyborg. UltimaSHOCKER has many universe outposts and seeks to conquer the Multiverse.
