Prepare For Sonic Frontiers With These Prelude Stories

It is absolutely amazing to see Knuckles acting like himself once more; assuming that this fantastic writing will continue, here's hope that the rest of the cast will receive the same redemption in subsequent games. But one of the things I liked most about this animation was how it gave the impression that the Sonic universe was reviving. I hope we see more animations like this because this was excellent. In contrast, in this short, we get to view angel island as the home of Knuckles, the chao, and we get to witness Knuckles not only guard the emerald but give attention to the rest of the island. Every setting has been feeling more like a stock background than a real, breathing place for a while now.
