Pre-Orders, anyone?

Does anyone know where the DX Den-O swag is actually up for preorder? Only place I see with the Belt, at least, for pre-order is ebay and they only have 5 slots avalible, selling the belt for 70 bucks (which is a joke considering MSRP is roughly 32 - 35 bucks). HLJ doesn't have any DX products avalible, only the PVC figures and the belt... but anyone know of any novelty/import/hobby shops?
