Power Rangers Through the Ages.

-Hated it when it first started. Thought it was retarded and terribly low budget.

-Found I actually liked it with its interesting mix of Asian cinema, American martial arts, and absurd, but fun story lines.

-Jason, Zack and Trini leave, bringing in a VERY uncharismatic other three that I couldn't stand. Adam turned out really cool, but he was so shy and quiet, he barely registed. I couldn't BELIEVE they thought some punk scrub like Rocky could fill the shoes of Jason and Ashely... she couldn't even look like she could pretend to fight!

-Thought the movie was suprisingly good... the first one.

-The Ninjetti Powers in the show were crap. No more unmorphed fighting anymore. All fights consisted of throws and trips... martial arts turned to crap. SOmewhere around her the Zord battles were garbage, where the monsters and the Zord would never be on the screen at the same time.

-Zeo... God awful them, terrible costumes, hated the uncharismatic Machine Empire... only shining moment was the return of Jason and then eventually he left.

-Turbo... the movie was aweful. Good to see Jason again, but I couldn't believe what the show had sunk to. It was like nobody cared anymore. They even brought in a little kid which was almost the final insult! I was ready to call it quits.

-Turbo show was wack as hell with the most downgraded bad guy I ever seen in these hokey "find the bomb!" stories. Then they swapped out the legends with more scrubs. The show's only saving grace......... martial arts were back and surprisingly really good. Crappy stories, but the action was top notch.

-I found I was tired as hell of seeing Tommy in the first place. I could only stand him for so long. I was sorry to see Adam go.

-Found I could stomach the Turbo Ranger now with them being a fresh new team. Still hated Justin, but I was more okay with the newbies donning the Turbo powers and fighting a scrub, versus Rangers of Legend turning in the most powerful crystal in the universe in for.... "car powers." Down graded powers, for a down graded bad guy and down graded Rangers.

-The finale of Turbo blew my mind. They went all out!!! I couldn't believe the action they banged out and couldn't wrap my mind around it. The show had been so mediocre to that point and still less than status quote that I couldn't believe the Power Chamber got busted up so bad and Zordon taken away, if I remember right. Next thing I know they're taking off into space and Justin was left behind!

-Power Rangers in Space reawakened everything I knew Power Rangers could be. It was imaginative, expansive of the universe and didn't hold back on the action. A whole new level and world of creativity had opened up and I was made in love with Power Rangers like I'd never been before.

-Count Down to Destruction landed and I couldn't believe all all out they went! I thought this was the end and a WORTHY end of the Power Rangers.

-Lost Galaxy took the show to an ALL new level, completely out of Angel Grove across the galaxy.. TOTALLY new heroes and creativity just bursting at the seams! Lots of unmorphed fighting, reuse of Starship Troopers props and just... WOW! High death toll and all out finale.

-Lightspeed Rescue... not so much. Interesting stories, but bleh...

-TimeForce came along and knocked it outta the park with fantastic themes, one of the greatest casts of all time. Mature and well told stories. Eric was a phenomal actor and martial artist. Excellent finale.. I was sorry to see them go.

-Wild Force.... too scattered. Great mature themes, actual death, greastest crossover episodes, including the Forever Red of legend, and the return of the Time Force. Excellent swan song to MMPR Productions with a great finale.

-Ninja Storm and Dino Thunder brought back everything I hated. NS had moronic bad guys, a story that went no where, and too much bonky/wonky comedy. Great action, but a terrible world with no focus. Dino Thunder was better, but just wasn't tight or epic enough. Tommy returned a little bit, but... bleh... I misssed episodes and felt I hadn't missed a thing.

-SPD.. a return to greatness that we haven't seen since Time Force.

-Loved it since the very debut in Aug of 1993.

-Loved All 3 MMPR Seasons.

-Zeo = one of my favorites.

-Turbo was alright, but I was sad to see Tommy go.

-in Space revoultionized Power Rangers as we knew it. Sentai style.

-Lost Galaxy took PR to an entire new level.

-Lightspeed Rescue was underrated and deserves more respect from fans.

-Time Force, without a doubt on the same level as in Space.

-Wild Force, darkest Power Rangers series out of them all. Very underrated aswell.

-Ninja Storm, took the Power Rangers name and made a complete joke of it. Pathetic.

-DinoThunder, so much potential that was never used. Good to see Tommy back. Unfortunatley, he was the only good thing about the series.

-SPD, best and most fun Power Rangers series in MANY years. I absoultely love it to death so far.

Thus far, only two episodes of SPD have really been able to capture my interest and keep me interested from the opening credits until the end. Shadow; Parts I and II were pretty damn good.

That said, the majority of episodes that I haven't had much interest in are those which have lacked the dramatic quality that was given to us in Deka. No, I'm not essentially comparing Space Patrol Delta as though it was a carbon-copy of Deka because I know it isn't.

What I am saying is that I would have appreciated just a little more of the dramatics. Especially in this past week's episode, "Abandoned". I apologize... but where Cruger was just standing there, looking at the five of his rangers as they were getting served, I just didn't see too much of the emotion from the characters.

Deka gave us the life or death scenario in a sense... and Delta seemed to pussyfoot around it.

I can respect the production but I just don't really enjoy it that much. :(

Yeah, I'm probably talking a lot of BS... but this is just what I think.

I thought the scene with Cruger on the building top watching was held together nicley and dramatically with the music.

Without Sloan, I find alot of the good epic drama has returned to Power Rangers.

When first seeing the promo...I thought it was another cartoon...who knew Saban was insane enough to do a live action kids show with a lot of martial arts and action. This coming from someone who started as a Daikaiju Fan. So I was quite curious about other forms of Japanese Media.

MMPR was great because it was something "new" at the time. So the slap stick didn't bother me that much. Season 2 was just rediculous with the atrocious editing. Season 3...they could've done more with ninjas and the fish wasn't one of them. HOW THE F*CK DO YOU GET FISH FROM NINJAS!!!

Zeo...okay...

Turbo...no comment...yeesh

PRiS...Started taking things a bit more seriously.

PRLG...*laughs at Leo's Armor*...It was pretty much Starship Troopers and Star Trek applied to Gingaman (after seeing some of the that series).

PRLR...

-Just loved the Megabattles, not too hefty.
-Chad, Joel, and Kelsey...the Animal Trainer, the Stunt Pilot, and the X-Gamer...WHAT DA HELL DOES THAT HAVE TO DO WITH RESCUE!!!
...Chad and Joel should've been partners from the Coast Guard as a helicopter pilot and sea rescue...but train animals and stunt flying as hobbies...Kelsey a mountaineer or survivalist...who does roller blading, etc. as hobbies. At least Carter and Dana were a fireman and a medic.
-Use of Mint and Big Douser (even though he was destroyed)...they don't need to be annoying as Alpha, but still they would've fit into PR.
-Use the Demon Hunter suit...SO WHAT IT WAS FROM THE MOVIE...still had potential with use of "original footage" as many have preached. Hell, could've been Ryan's upgraded form of the Titanium Armor for all I care, make him rediculously powerful as it is...go for it.

PRTF...

-How hard is it to just to have either Trip or Circuit say..."Just us and Ranisk being here has caused a flux in the Time Stream..."...so it can explain why those two knights were in Silver Hills IN THE FIRST PLACE!!! Just one line could've explained that friggin episode.
-Rollerblades...ERIC IS ONE OF THE MORE BAD@$$ES OF PR AND HE GETS...FRICKIN ROLLERBLADES!!!

PRWF...*Iori Yagami Laugh*

PRNS...

-(See MMPR Season 3)...except...HOW THE F*CK DO YOU GET THE X-GAMES FROM NINJAS!!!
-Like MMPR Season 3...more use of Ninja Techniques..."Wind Ninja Technique!!!" and "Thunder Ninja Technique!!!"...although I prefer..."Henge," "Ninpou," and "Bushin" I doubt that being used.
-Would've liked seeing Cam applies his Samurai roots more. His slash finisher rocked. Though...could've taken up baseball as a hobby...lol
-I prefer that Lothor rip off his lucha mask like Scorpion and absorbing energy from the Abyss of Evil is able to turn into Tao Zanto................not pilot him.

PRDT...

-Mesogog rocked...had that MK Reptile in him.
-The Bio Zords/Dino Zords/Thunder Zords...whatever the hell you call them...they should've acted more reckless..."USE YOUR TELEPATHY TO TAME THEM!!!"...ARGH!!! The whole concept of "Trust" could've been applied to the Rangers and their growing relationship between their zords. Not too Wild Force-esque, but you get the picture.
-Should've used Dr. Thomas Oliver...NOT TOMMY OLIVER!!! HE'S NOT IN HIGH SCHOOL ANYMORE!!!
-I would've loved to see the return of Saba and the Dragon Flute...Dr. O could've used them to command Cephla, Dimetro, etc.
-More Evil Trent, the Clone was just bizarre.
-The Croc monster would've made a great sidekick for Trent.
-Trent using his art skills to draw out monsters.
-A legit sixth ranger...Pink Dino Thunder Ranger...not the running gag from Abaranger.
-Conner's Armor was probably the most rediculous armor overtaking Leo's "I've Fallen and I can't get up" Armor...GO GO TRIASSIC UMBRELLA!!!
-Mesogog died the most humiliating death...R.I.P. Mesogog...what a way to go.

SPD...I will say this..."TOKSOU SENTAI...KAMEN RIDER BLADE...BACKWARDS!!!" However, at least we know what theme PR is good at...Police...ie TF and SPD...Ninjas seem to be their worst theme.

Overall...PR as a whole has more absurdity as much as Sentai...if not more. I loved a lot of the concepts use but just the lack of execution sometimes is what kills it. Yeah it's a kids show, that's true, but look what on these days, seems drama and dark themes have been the fad as of late.

...Mystic Force should be something interesting to play with considering "Magic" seems to be the theme Disney is good at.

MMPR - My fave show as a little kid, although I knew it was not them in the suits, it was still great! I loved the Megazord and I now wish I had the toy! :(

MMPR Season 2 - White Ranger effin' rules but Dragon Ranger is sooooo much better! *resurrects Dino Coin and becomes Dragon Ranger* You snooze ya lose Tommy. LOL! Thunder Assault Team were my first ever Mecha and then I eventually got Won Tiger and not that White Tiger ****.

MMPR Season 3 - OMFG! **** Ninjetti suits! Wish they used the ones from the movie! Loved the Megazord though! One of my faves! Head looks soooo much better than the Movie version, movie one was UGLY plus the fact that Kimberly had docked with the Megazord.....TWICE! XD

Zeo - One of my faves ever! Green Ranger rules! It was so effin' awesome! Super Zeo Megazord = Best Mecha! Loved the King Ranger and Providus! Dayum that was so kool! Cogs, they were kinda more mature than the putties. LOL! Loved the sounds the putties made.

Turbo - ****, but when the new team came in, it ruled. I liked Justin, showed small kids that even though they are annoying and insignificant, they can still become Power Rangers. Pretty kool. Fave Megazord was the second one, forgot the bloody name of it now.

In Space - HOLY ****! BEST FINALE EVER! Was soooo great! Andros is an awesome Red Ranger!

Lost Galaxy - One of my faves ever! Magna Defender story was sooooo kool! Just effin' HATE that suit when the Defender grew to combine with Torozord.

Lightspeed Rescue - PAH!

Time Force - BEST SERIES EVER! Eric and Trip are best ever Rangers! Loved the mecha, sooooo wanna purchase a Time Force megazord but parents are holding me back.

Wild Force - 2nd fave series. Just awesome! I wanna be the Bison Ranger! Guardians of the Earth! United we roar, Wild Force! Great to see Cole grow up to be a great Red Ranger.

Ninja Storm - *pukes* Think that sums it up

Dino Thunder - If they got rid of Cassidy, gave Conner some muscles, had Tommy die, made Zeltrax better and had the White Ranger evil PERMANENT, would've been the greatest series ever! 4th fave series.

SPD - So far I bloody love this series! It's sooooo great! SHADOW RANGER! 3rd fave series
