power Rangers key scanner app issues

So I've heard that the key scanner app for the ranger keys has some bugs where certain keys won't scan or they scan the wrong ranger. Is there a way to fix this or at least get the right ranger to scan? I just bought the megaforce pack and none of the keys scan. i have also had the same issues with samurai blue and red.
